Responsibilities

• Serve 18-22 patients per day in the clinic
• Work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Minimal call requirement
• Use System-wide Epic EMR

Requirements

• Advanced Practitioner certification
• Experience in primary care
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in relevant field
• Current license to practice medicine
