Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as appropriate within scope of practice.
• Document patient encounters using the Epic electronic medical record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma medical license.
• Completion of an accredited advanced practice provider program.
• Experience in primary care settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited advanced practice provider program.
• Passing score on the National Provider Identification (NPI) test.
• Current Oklahoma medical license.
