Responsibilities
- Provide wellness exams
- Deliver acute care for minor illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic diseases
- Perform minor procedures
- Offer lifestyle counseling
- Provide behavioral health management
Location & Coverage
Based primarily in Waupaca with occasional coverage in Marinette. You will support care teams during PTO and training, with travel support provided as needed.
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin
- DEA registration
- CPR certification
- 2+ years of primary care experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records and computer use
- Valid driver’s license for travel
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Athena EMR
- Ability to work autonomously
Pay
Hourly pay ranging from $52.64 to $78.85.
