Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Manhattan NY

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our modern multidisciplinary wellness and pain management clinic in Midtown Manhattan. This part-time position (1 day per week) is ideal for a provider who enjoys a hands-on, procedural-based role focused on orthopedics, sports medicine, chronic pain, regenerative medicine, and wellness therapies.

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary medical team including chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and rehabilitation specialists to help patients achieve long-term healing—not just temporary symptom relief.

Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic and musculoskeletal exams.
• Evaluate patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, joint dysfunction, migraines, nerve pain, and mobility limitations.
• Review imaging, prior treatment history, and functional limitations; order labs/imaging when appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform procedures and injections:
  • Trigger point, steroid, corticosteroid, and joint injections.
  • Ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal (MSK) injections.
  • Regenerative medicine treatments.
  • Peptide therapy administration and management.
• Conduct DME (Durable Medical Equipment) evaluation and fitting.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR (Electronic Medical Records) documentation.

Requirements

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• 2+ years of experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation), sports medicine, or regenerative medicine preferred.
• Comfortable performing injections independently.
• Knowledge of injections and DME.

Pay

$80–$85 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, flexible schedule (1 day per week).
