We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Ready to join our quest for better?" maybe not needed? It's part of intro but not a section. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract content: Intro paragraph: "At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. This patient-first approach is what sets us apart as a leader in the healthcare industry. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to join our quest for better health care, no matter where you work within the Northwestern Medicine system. We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees." That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or "About Northwestern Medicine". We'll use

About the role

and put that paragraph(s) in

. Job Description: "Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to work in our outpatient Hematology/Oncology Sarcoma department. The APP will see return/active treatment patients, toxicity checks, and post hospitalization follow up visits. This position will be both in clinic with physicians and independent clinic time." That's also about role. Could combine. Schedule: "Schedule: M-F, 4x10s (day off TBD) no nights/weekends/holidays/on-call". This is schedule info. Must include only if real specific content. It says day off TBD, but still schedule specifics given. We can include Schedule section with that sentence. Essential Functions: list of bullet-like sentences. Could be under Responsibilities? Actually they have "Essential Functions:" then a paragraph of sentences. Then "Responsibilities:" then a long list. Then "Qualifications Required:" then list. Then "Additional Information" includes EEO etc (remove). Then "Benefits" paragraph. Then "Sign-on Bonus Eligibility" paragraph. We need sections: About the role (intro + job description). Responsibilities (the list under Responsibilities). Qualifications (the list under Qualifications Required). Benefits (the Benefits paragraph plus maybe sign-on bonus? Could be part of Benefits). Schedule (the schedule line). Possibly Skills? Not explicitly listed; maybe we can omit Skills if no specific content. Pay? Not mentioned. So we omit Pay. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info: we must not drop any details from Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule, etc. Must not invent. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Background Check, Artificial Intelligence Disclosure, Sign-on Bonus Eligibility? Actually sign-on bonus is substantive? It's about eligibility; maybe we keep it under Benefits or as its own section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Sign-on bonus eligibility is specific content. Could be part of Benefits. We'll include under Benefits maybe as a subparagraph. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Exception: New graduate internal employees seeking their first licensed clinical position at NM may be eligible depending upon the job family.

We must ensure no duplicate content: The qualifications list had some duplication: "Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number" appears twice (once for NP path, once for PA path). We should keep both? It's duplicated lines; we should remove duplicated lines. The instruction: Remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate. Let's see the qualifications block: Original: Qualifications Required: Master’s degree from an accredited school/college of nursing OR master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board. Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number OR Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program/Current license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Illinois. Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number Privileged and credentialed through the Medical Staff Office (MSO) Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation – BLS, issued by the American Heart Association Oncology experience as either a RN or APP is required We see duplication: "Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number" appears twice (once in the OR line, once separate). Also the OR line includes both NP and PA paths. We need to keep the substance but not duplicate identical lines. Let's rewrite qualifications as distinct items: - Master’s degree from an accredited school/college of nursing OR master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program - Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. - Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. - Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board. - Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number (for NPs) OR Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program/Current license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Illinois (for PAs) – but that's messy. Better to keep two separate items: one for NP path, one for PA path, but avoid duplicate phrase. We could split: - Master’s degree from an accredited school/college of nursing OR master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program - Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. - Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. - Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board. - Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number (for NPs) - Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program/Current license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Illinois (for PAs) – but that repeats degree requirement. Actually the original OR line: "Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number OR Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program/Current license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Illinois." That seems to combine NP and PA options incorrectly. Probably they meant: For NPs: once licensed may apply for controlled substance license and DEA number. For PAs: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program/Current license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Illinois. Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number. Thus we can keep: - Master’s degree from an accredited school/college of nursing OR master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program - Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. - Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. - Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board. - Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number (for NPs) - Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program/Current license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Illinois (for PAs) - Once licensed may apply for a controlled substance license and DEA number (for PAs) – duplicate again. Better to keep
