Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About the role

This full-time primary care provider manages a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, performing in-office procedures, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams, and engaging in continuous learning via weekly Clinical Rounds. Flexibility to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient panels with various healthcare needs
• Conduct in-office, testing, and telehealth visits
• Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing education
• Utilize clinical training to perform procedures and adapt to patient needs

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State licensure in California
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience or 1 year plus additional primary care or urgent care experience in the past 5 years
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus
