What You’ll Love About This Position ✔ Approximately 12 shifts per month ✔ Full benefits eligibility ✔ Predictable block-style scheduling ✔ More non-working days than traditional Monday–Friday provider roles ✔ Daytime hospital-based rounding only ✔ Minimal after-hours phone-only call ✔ No ICU management ✔ No procedures ✔ No admissions or discharges ✔ No controlled substance prescribing ✔ Protocol-driven care model ✔ Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APP’s) ✔ Collaborative consultative practice environment Schedule/Shift Availability Thursday + Friday + Alternating Weekends Compensation $105,736 - $116,235 annually In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.
