About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida medical center. This outpatient primary care opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. You will care for patients of all ages in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with strong clinical and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
  • Conduct patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Current Florida NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain prior to employment.
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility.
  • Primary care or outpatient experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a value-based environment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (no weekends, no on-call responsibilities).
