Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide quality primary care to employees and their dependents
• Work with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (Epic)
• Build meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits
• Empower patients to achieve their full potential in health, work, and life
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location

Requirements

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• Current National Board Certification
• NPI & DEA certification
• Ability to work independently

Pay

Guaranteed base salary with yearly bonus eligibility.

Schedule

3 shifts of 12 hours each.
