What You’ll Be Working On
Manage a patient panel with a variety of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits. Provide care in-office or in testing centers, and conduct occasional telehealth visits. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning through other modalities. Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
Required For This Role
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- At least 2 years of practice as an advanced practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting plus 1 year in a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CT by the start date
- Demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care
- Communicate effectively with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- Use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Show clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
- Be open to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses
- Navigate uncertain situations confidently with both patients and colleagues
- Be ready to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients
Education, Licenses, & Experiences

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $144,900 to $173,300 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates exceeding these specified qualifications and requirements.
