About the role
We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Londonderry, NH on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide top-tier medical care while enjoying work-life balance and the vibrancy of our diverse community.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and review patient medical and psychosocial history relevant to care.
- Conduct physical examinations following company guidelines.
- Order and review laboratory studies, diagnostic procedures, and ECGs.
- Provide preventive medicine counseling, program counseling, and education on products and supplements.
- Adhere to prescription guidelines as outlined in the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.
- Maintain required documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR according to company standards.
- Review patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
- Conduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns.
- Weekly review of Weight Tracker Report, Slipping Report, and assigned KPIs to provide clinical oversight and mentor staff.
- Serve as the company liaison for medical and clinical affairs at the location.
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives and act as an in-house trainer for medical staff.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations’ efficiency, effectiveness, and capacity.
- Develop strategic recommendations to enhance patient experience.
- Participate in the launch of test pilots for new programs, services, and products.
- Demonstrate project management skills by developing and monitoring project work plans.
Requirements
- DEA Certification (Required)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (Required)
