Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person disability assessments for Veterans
• Review electronic medical records
• Accurately document exam findings to complete VA forms

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and web portals

Qualifications

• Compassionate demeanor
• Strong analytical and time management skills

Schedule

Part-time, in-person role assessing 3-5 Veterans daily. Predictable schedule with no on-call duties.
