Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

AnovaWorks is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Selah, WA. This is a wonderful opportunity to work independently and focus on providing excellent care for your patients in Employee Health services. Enjoy quality time with your patients with longer appointment lengths, a manageable workload (avg. 10 patients per day), no insurance code requirements, and no weekend or on-call expectations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications

• 1+ year performing occupational health exams (Preferred)
• Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER (Preferred)
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented

Requirements

• WA Advanced Practitioner License (Required)
• AANC/NCCPA (Required)
• DEA License (Required)
• Master's Degree (Required)
• DOT Medical Examiner Certified (Preferred, but not required)

Training will be provided upon hire to obtain DOT Certification.

Pay

$130,000–$145,000 yearly salary
