Achieve Health is seeking exceptional family practice providers to work in our employer‑dedicated primary care clinics located in Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, WI, as well as Princeton and Alexandria, MN. The clinics feature a unique care model that is not productivity‑driven, allowing providers to dictate how much time they spend with each patient. There is no or low cost to clinic patients and no insurance involvement.
