Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – $110K+ | No Weekends

Position Overview

Working collaboratively with physicians, the NP/PA will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients experiencing chronic pain conditions. The provider will develop treatment plans, monitor patient progress, provide education, and help improve quality of life through evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Manage follow-up visits and ongoing patient care
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and medication management
• Cookordinate care with physicians and referring providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and quality initiatives
• Support continuity of care across clinical locations when needed

Qualifications

• Required: Active Colorado NP or PA License (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Required: Prescriptive Authority in Colorado, including the ability to prescribe controlled substances DEA License (or ability to obtain)
• Required: Ability to pass a background check
• Preferred: BLS Certification (or obtain within 3 months)
• Preferred: ACLS Certification (or obtain within 3 months)
• Preferred: Experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, PM&R, Neurology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
• Preferred: Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Preferred: Team-oriented mindset
• Preferred: Interest in learning and professional growth
