Nurse Practitioner - Non-Invasive Cardiology - Full time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Non-Invasive Cardiology team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prep/recovery care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
• Manage all pre-op and post-op care, including stress tests and tilt table tests.
• Conduct general cardiology consults.

Requirements

• Valid license as an Advanced Practitioner Provider, either APRN or PA, in CT.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in a similar position preferred.
• Experience in cardiology or critical care highly preferred.

Schedule

Full-time: 4 x 10s: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7a-5p, No call, no holidays, 4 Saturdays a year (8a-4p) to cover our cardiology service with the on-call cardiologist
