Nurse Practitioner - Neurology

Role: Nurse Practitioner supporting outpatient memory care within a multidisciplinary team focused on diagnosing and managing cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimers, mild cognitive impairment, and Lewy body dementia.
