Duties
Conduct comprehensive wound examinations and health assessments for patients upon referral.
Debride and graft chronic wounds that have not healed with at least 4 weeks of conservative treatment.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Skills
- Independent Medicare Part B credentials
- Experience in wound care
- Ability to manage medical records efficiently while ensuring patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously
Requirements
- Strong contacts in home health care
- Already credentialed with Medicare & Advantage Plans
- LLC already created
- Ability to work mobile (Treat Patient in-Home)
- Wound Care and Advanced Wound Care experience
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- M.D.
- P.A.
