Nurse Practitioner - Mercy Clinic At Work

About the role

The Nurse Practitioner will be working with a medical assistant and registered nurse to support a customizable on-site clinic at the employer’s headquarters. The clinical model focuses on primary care and urgent care services for employees, dependents, and spouses, with a focus on prevention.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients of all ages
• Working in an outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborating with a medical assistant and registered nurse
• Providing primary and urgent care services
• Focusing on preventive care

Requirements

• Previous advanced practitioner primary care experience is strongly preferred
• Missouri and Illinois licenses required

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
• Current active license in Missouri and Illinois
• Experience in primary care and/or urgent care
• Knowledge of Epic EMR system

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Attention to detail

• Potential to pick up shifts at other locations including Lindenwood University and Ponce Health Sciences University
