Nurse Practitioner Manager (NP) - Ambulatory Infusion

About the role

We are a growing network of outpatient infusion centers providing high-touch, patient-centered care. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner Manager to lead a dynamic and high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to a diverse clinical team
• Ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care
• Manage day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training
• Maintain compliance and quality standards
• Track KPIs

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Travel throughout the region required

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Active CA RN License

Qualifications

• Prefer 5 or more years related clinical experience
• Proven experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, maintaining compliance & quality standards, KPIs, etc.

Pay

$150,000 – $160,000 per year
