Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those with directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We want clinicians who prioritize patient care over volume, taking the time needed to truly address each patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located
- Federal DEA license or eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Board certification
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Pay
Individual compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations. Posted pay range: $130,000–$165,000 per year.
