About the role

Board-certified nurse practitioner contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home assessments focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying potential barriers to care.
• Review medication and medical history.
• Conduct physical evaluations.
• Provide patient-specific documentation.
• No prescribing, lab ordering, or treatment alterations involved.

Requirements

• State license required.
• Medicaid license or willingness to enroll preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage flexible schedules and work independently.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough health evaluations in home settings.

Pay

Earn up to $2,500–$4,000 weekly with potential rate increases. Additional compensation through pay-per-test.

Schedule

Flexible schedule available daily, with no nights or weekends. Conduct 6–9 visits per day.
