Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant - FT
This position is responsible for leading a team of medical staff while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions in correctional facilities across northern Indiana. The role plays a critical part in advancing Quality Correctional Care’s services in the region.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of medical staff in a correctional facility setting.
- Provide treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Support the healthcare journey of corrections-involved individuals.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of hire.
- References and a cleared background check.
- Willingness to travel to various correctional facilities in northeastern and eastern Indiana (counties may include LaGrange, Steuben, Noble, DeKalb, Whitley, Jay, Randolph, Wayne).
- Correctional experience preferred but not required; Family Practice, Urgent Care, or ER Medicine background is beneficial.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Some flexibility required, including the need to take call.
