Practice Highlights
- Established and respected primary care clinic serving Canby and the surrounding Willamette Valley
- 36 patient contact hours over 4-4.5-day workweek

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Deliver whole-person, community-based care with a focus on continuity and relationship-building
- Demonstrate clinical competency and expertise in primary care, including women’s health
- Apply strong understanding of examination methodologies, diagnostics, and medication management
- Maintain knowledge of legal medical guidelines and best practices
- Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold compassionate, approachable care
Requirements
- Passion for primary care and whole-person, community-based care
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
- Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
- Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive women’s health care
- 1 year of primary care experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner (2+ years preferred)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient confidentiality
- Compassionate, approachable, responsible, and trustworthy
