Practice Highlights

• Established and respected primary care clinic serving Canby and the surrounding Willamette Valley
• 36 patient contact hours over 4-4.5-day workweek
• No hospital call or inpatient responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Deliver whole-person, community-based care with a focus on continuity and relationship-building
• Demonstrate clinical competency and expertise in primary care, including women’s health
• Apply strong understanding of examination methodologies, diagnostics, and medication management
• Maintain knowledge of legal medical guidelines and best practices
• Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold compassionate, approachable care

Requirements

• Passion for primary care and whole-person, community-based care
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
• Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
• Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive women’s health care
• 1 year of primary care experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner (2+ years preferred)
• Board Eligible or Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient confidentiality
• Compassionate, approachable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Attend work regularly and on time
