Nurse Practitioner | Create Your Schedule | Flexible Telehealth & Outpatient Visits | $200/hr

About the role

Responsibilities

• Insurance credentialing and payer contracting
• Billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
• EHR setup and ongoing support
• Virtual front desk with live staff answering patient calls
• Scheduling, intake, and operations management
• Legal, compliance, and business setup
• Marketing tools and local growth support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts NP license (FNP or PMHNP)
• 3+ years of NP experience required
• 2+ years of prior RN experience required
• Strong local community ties — patients, schools, organizations, referral networks
• Genuine desire to build an independent practice in your community
