Beverly Hills – Full Time – 32 hours/week (10a-6p), rotating holidays and weekends.
About the role
Provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics with the supervision/oversight of an attending Physician. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization delivering seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases typically treated in a traditional emergency room.
Responsibilities
- Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
- Perform medical procedures including IV access (administration of fluids and medications), splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and EKGs.
- Formulate differential diagnosis and treatment plans for care delivered in the patient’s home or other settings outside the clinic.
- Triage incoming patient needs, assess concerns, and determine the appropriate course of action (in-center, virtual, or at-home care).
- Conduct video telemedicine consults when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, nurses, and technicians to discuss assessments.
- Assess and treat COVID-related cases, including clinical sample collection, point-of-care testing, antibody blood tests, and symptom management.
- Document clinical evaluations and treatments in the electronic health record (AthenaHealth).
- Work closely with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure policy adherence and quality care in an innovative setting.
- Coordinate additional care with After Care, house calls teams, or medical partners.
- Provide patient-centered, empathetic communication to patients and family members.
- Contribute to operational projects and perform related duties as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (required).
- Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in California.
- Preferred: 2-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in emergency departments.
- ACLS and PALS certifications (required).

Pay
Range: $93–103/hour. This is the anticipated rate Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Southern California. Actual pay may vary based on factors including years of experience, location, and education.
