About the role
Responsible for providing customer service in a pharmacy setting. Duties include but are not limited to greeting customers, assisting with medication inquiries, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Answer medication-related questions accurately
- Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic pharmacology is beneficial
