Greene Resources is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a growing and dynamic team in a fast-paced, stimulating, professional environment where your talent and passion contribute daily to changing people’s lives. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing nurse case management services for fertility treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with infertility issues.
• Perform initial examinations.
• Order and administer diagnostic tests.
• Record medical history and update EHR.
• Diagnose infertility causes.
• Educate patients and couples about the causes of infertility and discuss necessary evaluation, treatment, and/or procedure plans.
• Perform IUI’s.
• Perform ultrasounds and make necessary measurements & calculations while performing ultrasound procedures.
• Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessment and teaching.
• Build relationships – Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the organization.
• Communicate effectively – Speak, listen, and write in a clear and thorough manner using professional and effective communication techniques.
• Focus on client needs – Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to exceed their expectations.
• Foster teamwork – Work cooperatively and effectively with others to assess problem situations and identify causes, gather, and process relevant information in an effort to resolve problems.

Requirements

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred; training will be provided.
• Valid NP or PA license required.
• A self-starting individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
• Become ASRM/REI Nurse Certified.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop; normal or corrected vision, hearing, and good manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift or carry no more than 10 pounds or pull or push no more than 50 pounds.
