Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and personalized treatment plans for patients with substance dependence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical professionals, therapists, and recovery specialists
- Offer quality, empathy, and compassion in patient care
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the addiction treatment model
- Support long-term recovery and improved quality of life for patients
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
- Experience in addiction medicine or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Experience with evidence-based care
- Knowledge of addiction medicine principles and practices
