Requirements / Qualifications

• Must possess a School Nursing Services Credential.
  • Public Health Nurse Certificate preferred.
  • 5 years School Nurse experience recommended.
• If applicant is not in possession of a current, valid credential, a Plan to Complete form must be attached with this application.
