About The Unit

Lemmen Holton Cancer Pavilion is located on the Medical Mile at 145 Michigan St. We treat cancer using the latest technologies and treatments including gene sequencing of tumors, targeted therapy, and advanced oncology surgery techniques. We use a team approach to care, bringing together different areas of expertise that specialize in your particular type of cancer.

About Outpatient Clinics

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, offering a variety of primary care and specialty practices. This allows employees the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or specialize in one area.

Scope of work

• Provides quality education, follow-up, and emotional support to the population and their families.
• Case manages the population throughout the inpatient and outpatient settings and measures outcomes to maximize continuity of care between the settings.
• Manages projects and programs related to clinical management, performing quality improvement activities to measure program processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• PREFERRED: Master's Degree Nursing
• Required: 5 years of previous nursing or CDE clinical experience
• PREFERRED: Prior teaching with patients of all ages
• Required: LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI
• State of Michigan upon hire required: CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
• State of Michigan upon hire required: CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC
• Required: CRT-Oncology Certified Nurse - ONCC
• Required: CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA
• Required: CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) – AHA
