Nurse Manager - Virtual Care

Role Overview

The position involves leading nursing staff within a healthcare organization, ensuring quality patient care, staff supervision, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing clinical practices, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and coordinate daily clinical operations
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
• Assist in implementing clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Current New York State Registered Nurse License
• Preferred: supervisory experience and professional certification in nursing specialty

Work Environment & Conditions

• Work performed in office and patient care areas with frequent movement and physical activity
• Fast-paced setting with potential interruptions
• Use of PPE as per infection control policies
• Requires access to transportation for work-related activities
• Patient Demographics: All age groups
