Responsibilities
- Supports staff in following policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and nursing job descriptions.
- Holds staff accountable for correctly following policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and nursing job descriptions.
- Responsible for resident care functions including medication, treatments, and following nursing protocols.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in MN
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead a team of nurses
- Long-term care experience (preferred)

Pay
$89,440- $97,760 per year (based on experience)
Schedule
8 hour shifts, M-F
