Nurse Manager Radiation Oncology

About the role

Provides direct support for nursing staff at all Highland Radiation Oncology locations through mentoring, staff development, retention and recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the delivery of direct patient care while all supporting Highland Hospital standards or care.
• Manages day-to-day activities of the clinic and procedures ensuring safe staffing.

Requirements

• Education: BSN required.
• Experience: Previous experience in Radiation therapy or Medical Oncology preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active NYS Registered Nurse license required. American Heart Association CPR Certification. ACLS obtained within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Skills: Microsoft Office skills preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $96,491-$128,788
