Responsibilities

Requirements

• Education: BSN and Master’s degree (MSN or related field).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
• Certification: Specialty certification required; Nurse Executive preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Current RN licensure in Delaware and BLS certification.

Pay

Annual Compensation Range: $121,180.80 - $193,897.60
