Nurse Manager Mother Baby - 40 hours/week, day shift

About the role

Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and professional practice of assigned maternal-newborn units. This leader partners closely with interdisciplinary stakeholders to ensure high-quality care delivery, staff engagement, and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of clinical practice and unit operations
• Staff leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation
• Quality improvement and regulatory compliance
• Coordination of patient care delivery and systems
• Human resource and fiscal management
• Ongoing professional development and leadership growth

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Licensure & Certification: Current Massachusetts RN license; BLS certification
• Experience & Skills: Minimum of five years of inpatient nursing experience in Maternal Newborn Services; At least two years of nursing leadership experience; Strong clinical knowledge, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills; Basic computer proficiency

$125,000.00 USD – $189,000.00 USD
