About the Role
Under the general direction of the Director, the nurse manager assumes 24-7 accountability for the operational and patient care management of assigned care areas. This is a Level 2 Trauma Center with 28 Operating Rooms as well as an outpatient surgery center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 3 years - Experience in Operating Room or procedural settings
- 2 years - Leadership experience

Pay
Base pay range: $58.05 - $91.64 per hour. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
