What You'll Do
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care.
- Maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes.
- Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff.
What You'll Need
- A high school education.
- A current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Experience working as an LPN/RN in a long-term care environment.
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
- Experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
- Experience with Point Click Care is a plus.
