• Ensures Prep and Sterile policies and procedures are standardized in compliance with regulatory agencies across the healthcare system.
• Actively participates in the hiring, counseling, and performance reviews of the staff.
• Maintains oversight of the department's budget process, including expense activity and data interpretation.
