Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Five years of progressive management experience to include:
    • Management of staff, including supervisory positions.
    • Budget preparation.
    • Physician relationship management.
    • Resolution of operational and patient care issues.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement.
    • Coordination of a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations with high degree of accuracy.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Current RN License in the State of Texas or compact license.
  • AHA or ARC BLS provider.
  • AHA or ARC ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
  • TNCC is required within 18 months.
  • SAMA or CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Provider or Instructor) required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
