Nurse Manager - Critical Care

About the role

Responsible for the daily operations of a designated critical care unit, promoting safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care. Acts as a clinical, human resource, and financial resource, advocating for quality care, staff growth, and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads clinical care coordination
• Collaborates on organizational planning and initiatives
• Supports staff development
• Ensures compliance with standards

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent required; Master’s in Nursing preferred
• Current RN license in North Carolina
• National certification to be obtained within one year
• BLS certification mandatory

Requirements

• Minimum of five years recent nursing experience
• Two years in clinical hospital leadership preferred
