Nurse Manager - Care Center

Position Overview

The RN Nurse Manager provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of resident care within the Nursing Home. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON), this role ensures high-quality care delivery through staff supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care delivery
• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with regulations and clinical standards
• Aid in care planning, follow-up, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support daily operations within the Nursing Home

Qualifications

• Licensure & Certification: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota and CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care, previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, MDS experience preferred
