Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration preferred
• Minimum of three years’ leadership experience in a healthcare setting, five years preferred
• Michigan RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree

Responsibilities

• Serves as a member of the nursing leadership team
• Coordinates and evaluates care for assigned clinical areas
• Supports strategic development and outcomes management
• Reviews and evaluates operations and services
• Provides clinical and administrative leadership for patient care
• Collaborates with directors and stakeholders to develop and implement operational plans
