Nurse Manager
About the role
The Nurse Manager position is responsible for all nursing services under the direction of the Site Leader. The Nurse Manager position also works closely with the Medical Director to coordinate and improve clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Supervises, evaluates, and provides leadership and coaching to nursing personnel.
- Arranges coverage for nurse absences.
- Provides Clinical Supervision to nursing staff.
- Assures that the delivery of nursing care complies with licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
- Completes clinical documentation as required.
- Responsible for specific level of care in the building.
- Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes and medical care.
- Collaborates with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.
- Works as an RN in a variety of capacities during staff shortages and in emergent situations.
- Performs other related duties assigned.
Requirements
- Education/Licenses: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent experience required, Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Valid and current state-specific Registered Nurse license (Compact licensure preferred).
- Experience: Four (4) years of nursing experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Two (2) years of behavioral health nursing. Two (2) years of management experience.

Physical Demands
- May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses.
- May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
Pay
$95,000 - $109,000 per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On Call As Needed - Based On Business Needs)
