Nurse Manager Assistant - NICU - F/T Days
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to parse content.
The posting includes:
- Intro about team, mission, culture: could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". But we have only allowed headings; we can use "About the role" to include description of role and organization.
- Responsibilities: list of duties: coordinates staffing, supports throughput, quality and safety outcomes, staff competency, hiring, clinical and staff corrective actions, unit efficiency, quality care and other departmental activities; provides operational and administrative support to Nurse leadership; assesses, plans, implements, monitors and evaluates nursing practice and the nursing care delivery system with direct supervision of front-line staff; interprets, supports, and communicates policies, standards and procedures; serves as a role model for staff; assists in identifying cost containment measures; serves on-call based on unit requirements; assumes special projects as assigned; performs other duties as assigned by leadership; adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
- Requirements: maybe "Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required; Minimum of an associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree; BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire; Active AHA BLS/CPR certification required; NRP certification required; Pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certifications preferred; Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in respective specialty or equivalent; At least 2 years of NICU nursing experience; Charge nurse experience preferred; Prior Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience preferred."
- Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can treat "Qualifications" as education and certifications? The headings list includes Qualifications separate from Requirements and Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Usually Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred? But we can split: Requirements = mandatory (license, degree, certifications, experience). Qualifications = preferred (BSN, certifications, charge nurse experience, prior assistant manager experience). Skills = communication, leadership, critical thinking, program development, project management, group facilitation/team building, ability to learn quickly, accountability, focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education, passion for high quality care.
- Benefits: The posting mentions "competitive benefits are just the beginning." Later: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." So we have benefits content.
- Pay: The posting includes "Minimum rate of $113,817.60 Annually" and a paragraph about pay transparency. So we have pay content.
- Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay figure.
We must not duplicate lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:

We must ensure we didn't include Schedule section. Good. Check for any duplicated content: We removed the repeated sentences about ANM description (they appear twice). We included only once in About the role. We removed the "If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" (application instruction). Good. We removed the duplicated lines about "Interprets, supports, and communicates policies..." etc. Already included. We removed the "We invite you to listen to a message from our CNO..." (that's not substantive? It's a link to a message; could be considered boilerplate? It's not a duty/requirement; it's more like a promotional video. Probably we should remove as it's not core content. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The CNO message is not exactly those but could be considered navigation/promotional. Safer to remove. We kept the benefits paragraph about health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, retirement benefits.
