Nurse LPN Supervisor PT 7am-3pm

About the role

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides, and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted‑living community. In the absence of the Director, you will act as shift supervisor, providing attentive help to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication administration while leading the team with skill and genuine kindness. Your work is essential to the care, safety, and overall wellbeing of residents who call The Bristal home.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides, and medication technicians.
• Act as shift supervisor when the Director of Wellness is absent.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure proper medication administration.
• Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.
• Maintain a safe, caring environment that promotes the quality of life for each resident.
• Prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work independently to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• Staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in assisted living, nursing home, or a similar setting.
• Genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents.
• Experience assisting individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is a plus.
• Strong caring, reliable, and observant nature with a solid understanding of Medication Administration Records (MARs) and doctors' orders.
• Excellent ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
