Nurse LPN

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide coverage as the nurse within our group/residential site.
• Meet with Site Administrator to review day’s assignments.
• Provide medical care, promote health maintenance and health education to clients.
• Arranges and/or accompanies (if applicable) clients on medical appointments and follow-up screenings in a timely manner (within 2 weeks).
• Administers immunizations as required by New Jersey State Law. Maintains immunization records.
• Responsible for supervising the ordering, controlling, storage of medications and first aid supplies.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN License and CPR/AED certification.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Experience working with youth and adults with psychiatric and medical issues and developmental disabilities (a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree and DDD certification (a plus).

Weekdays 3p-11p
