Nurse LPN

About the role

Pyrmaid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services and clinical support to clients in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and organizational policies.
• Complete nursing assessments, screenings, observations, and related documentation as assigned, including admission-related nursing activities.
• Administer medications and monitor client response to treatment, medication effectiveness, and potential side effects.
• Implement and monitor withdrawal management protocols, including completion of COWS, CIWA, and other clinical assessment tools as applicable.
• Provide medication education, health education, and nursing support to clients and families as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team members to support continuity of care and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to support client care, communication, and continuity of services.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in West Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid

Qualifications

Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.

$28-32/hour before differentials!

7:00pm - 7:00am
