Nurse LPN - Assisted Living

About the role

Lake Seminole Square is recruiting for a hospitality-focused LPN to join their team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and family/social activities.
• Promote an independent lifestyle for residents.
• Identify and monitor resident medical and behavioral changes, developing and updating care plans.
• Prepare daily reports to the Director of Health Services.
• Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and hospital standards.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services for residents and coordinate care with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Current LPN license valid in the state.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies.
• May be required to provide vaccination status for certain positions.

Pay

$27/hour plus a $4 shift differential for Saturdays and Sundays, and a $3 shift differential for weekdays after 3pm.

Schedule

• Shifts available: 7am - 3pm, and 4:30pm - 8:30pm.
