Responsibilities

• Leading the care, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing of our residents
• Encouraging your team to lead with a person-centred approach to all elements of care and support
• Care planning, implementing and evaluating
• Documenting and reporting of care through our Nourish platform
• Mentoring and supporting colleagues and junior staff
• Administering medication with the utmost care and attention
• Promoting independence and encouraging residents to live with purpose and maintain meaningful connection

Requirements

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
• Strong knowledge of professional care standards required by the NMC code of conduct
• Knowledge of up to date clinical practices
• Experience in a similar role and in leading a multi-disciplinary team and acting as the Nurse in Charge
